Brigg Town Football Club has appointed Nathan Peat as first team manager.
He has had two spells with the club as a player, and fans will wish Nathan well in his new role at the EC Surfacing Stadium as the Zebras look towards the 2022/23 season in the Toolstation Northern Counties East League.
They just missed out on promotion this season, having made the play-offs and finished third in Division One, as well as winning the Lincolnshire Senior Trophy.
Brigg Town's last Development XI home match of the season saw them lose 2-1 to Grantham Academy at the EC Surfacing Stadium last night (Wednesday, May 4) in the Balcan Lighting Supplies Lincolnshire League Premier.
Bike Nights are now to be held at the club's ground every second Thursday of the month - the next being on May 12, from 5pm.
The initial one, in April, proved successful, with local motor-cycle enthusiasts and those from other areas attending. A dream was also realised by one well-known Brigg resident.
Brigg Town FC will be hosting a special centenary match at the ground tomorrow night (Friday, May 6). Details here...
