EIGHT BRIGG AREA 'APPS' KEEP COUNCIL PLANNERS BUSY


The Brigg area has seen further applications seeking approval to build new homes and others asking for permission to extended existing properties.
North Lincolnshire Council has now granted outline permission to erect a dwelling on land adjacent to 16 Main Street, Howsham.
It has also given the go ahead to erect a two-storey rear extension and to carry out additional alterations to the existing house and driveway at Briarley Glen, Old Mill Lane, Wrawby.
Planning permission to erect a single-storey rear extension has also been granted for 9 Victoria Road, Barnetby.
Approval is now being sought for the following 'apps' (decisions awaited from planners):
Erect a detached dwelling and a garage on land adjacent to The Firs, 33 Post Office Lane, Kirmington.
Erect a two-storey rear extension to the dwelling and a two-storey double garage, make internal alterations and associated works (including the demolition of existing outbuildings) at 57 Main Street, Saxby-All-Saints.
Erect a garage with attic/loft space on the first floor (following demolition of existing garage) at 21 Beck Side, Hibaldstow.
Also awaiting a ruling is an application for permission, in principle, to erect a dwelling on land to the west of Janrew, Main Street, Cadney.
Meanwhile, planning permission is being sought from Gainsborough-based West Lindsey District Council for a rear extension to a dwelling and the erection of a workshop/shed and car-port building at Chime Cottage, 5 Church Side, Grasby.
