BRIGG EXTENSION APPROVED AS NEW HOMES PROPOSED IN BROUGHTON & LOCAL VILLAGES

Permission has been granted for a two-storey domestic property extension in Brigg, together with internal alterations.
North Lincolnshire Council approved the work proposed for 7 Westrum Lane.
Permission has also been given to erect an agricultural worker's dwelling with associated access and garage at Froghall Farm, Howsham.
Other local applications recently received by the council (decisions yet to be made by planners) include:
SCAWBY: Erection of one new dwelling with detached garage, rear of 187 Scawby Road, Scawby Brook. Information supplied with the application suggests a bungalow to "provide modern family accommodation in a primary rural location."
ELSHAM: Erect a two-storey rear extension and make alterations to the dwelling, and erect a two-bay garage with storage, 10 Barnetby Lane.
BROUGHTON: Outline application to erect two detached five-bedroom dwellings, 81 & 83 Brooklands Avenue. The proposed site is currently vacant land following demolition of the original pair of semi-detached houses.
HOWSHAM: Outline application for three detached dwellings, Roseholme Farm, Main Street.
STURTON: Erection of an extension to the existing site office, Bennett Potatoes, Station Road. This will enable a larger reception area, additional storage rooms, additional staff toilets (though no increase in staff is proposed), additional office space and a dedicated meeting room.
If outline permission is granted by a local authority, a second application usually follows which sets out the proposed details of the property and other particulars for the council to consider.
