Traditionally, the senior cricketers hold an after-match social get-together on licensed premises in Brigg.
'Old Boys' cricket fixtures like this were first played in the 1920s, with former Brigg Grammar pupils taking on a school side. Games were played on Sunday afternoon for some years, but the majority in recent decades have been held on Friday evenings.
