BRIGG BUSINESS HAS ITS PLANS ACCEPTED BY COUNCIL

A well-known Brigg business has been given permission to add to its range of buildings.
Planning permission to erect an open-fronted storage structure has been granted to Ripon Farm Services at 2 Westrum Lane DN20 9EY by North Lincolnshire Council.
The new metal building will have green walls and a grey roof, matching what's already there.
The agricultural dealership is located near the railway line and employs 18 people on the site, where it trades Monday to Saturday.
No objections to the proposed development were received from consultees Network Rail, Brigg Town Council, the Lead Flood Authority or North Lincolnshire Highways.
Ripon Farm Services kindly permits its premises to be used as the start and finish point of the annual Brigg Tractor Run, which attracts many competitors and spectators on its route through the town and nearby communities. The latest was staged in December 2021.
