'POWER UPGRADE' PLANNED AT BRIGG GARDEN CENTRE


Planning permission is being sought to install a sub-station "for power upgrade" at Brigg Garden Centre, off Bigby High Road.
The suggested location being within Kettleby parish, approval is being sought from West Lindsey District Council.
The proposed metal-panelled sub-station will be sited near the centre's car park and Bigby High Road.
Also under consideration by the West Lindsey authority at present is an application to erect two-storey side and single-storey rear extensions at Orton House, High Street, North Kelsey.
Approval has been given by West Lindsey planners for a loft conversion with front dormers, single-storey rear extensions and the erection of a double garage with first floor storage space at Bookers Holt, 8 Station Road, Grasby.
Permission has also been granted for conversion of outbuildings to form a dwelling, with external alterations and new access, on land at Dovecote Farm, Grange Lane, North Kelsey.
