BRIGG FUN RUN AND FOOTBALL MATCH OFF BUT SUNDAY TEAMS HOPING TO PLAY

Stormy and wet weather permitting, football teams from Brigg & district will be in action on Sunday (February 20).
Brigg Town - leaders of Hull Veterans League Division Four - will journey to play Molescroft Rangers A, in Beverley (2pm KO).
In the Paul Fox Scunthorpe Sunday League, Broughton WMC will be in Dave Ward semi-final action against Black Beauty in West Butterwick (Isle of Axholme) tomorrow morning.
Barnetby United face an Ireson Cup semi-final at Blyborough (West Lindsey).
FC Recoveries, who play their home games at Hibaldstow, will be hosting Ulceby B in a Ged McGowan Shield semi-final, starting at 10.30am.
Brigg's Black Bull footballers are without a league or cup fixture tomorrow.

STORM EUNICE: Today's Ancholme Valley Parkrun, from Brigg, has been cancelled on safety grounds as the riverside route passes many trees. Brigg Town Development's home game at the EC Surfacing Stadium this afternoon is also off due to the conditions.
