NEW LINCOLNSHIRE WOLDS OUTDOOR FESTIVAL WILL INTEREST BRIGG PEOPLE

Brigg being regarded as The Gateway to the Wolds, we anticipate many people being interested in "something new for 2022."
The Lincolnshire Wolds Outdoor Festival is esigned to showcase what this famous area of the county has to offer.
It will be held from April 30 to June 5 with more than 100 events taking place.
West Lindsey District Council says the festival will take place at "a multitude of locations" - its aim being to provide a huge variety of outdoor activities and to showcase all the area has to offer in terms of sports, recreation, exploration, discovery and fun.
"We want to support local businesses, increase participation in outdoor leisure activities and show how amazing the Lincolnshire Wolds really are," the authority says.
Leisure and hospitality businesses are be invited to submit special offers which will be listed and promoted online.
Those interested in doing so should email faye.pudney@west-lindsey.gov.uk to request a form.

West Lindsey and East Lindsey councils are combining to publicise this festival and what it offers.
Lincolnshire Wolds villages in the Brigg area which are located in West Lindsey include Bigby, Grasby, Searby, Owmby and Somerby.
The Wolds, of course, cross the district and county boundary into North Lincolnshire Council's area, running from Barnetby through to South Ferriby, adjoining the River Humber.
