BRIGG HOUSING PLANS APPROVED


Planning permission has been granted to extend a domestic property in Brigg.
North Lincolnshire Council has approved a scheme to erect a two-storey rear extension (including demolition of existing) at 12 Colton Street - a detached property which is near the junction with Ash Grove, Newlands.
Three recently submitted Brigg & Wolds Ward applications are now under consideration by council planners (decisions to be made in due course).
WRAWBY: Erect a two-storey front elevation extension and carry out additional alterations to the existing house and driveway at Briarley Glen, Old Mill Lane.
NEW BARNETBY: Erect a new dwelling and detached workshop and garage (including demolition of existing dwelling and outbuildings) at White Coomb, Caistor Road.
SAXBY-ALL-SAINTS: Erect a single-storey side extension at Carpenters House, Main Street.
