VERY BUSY WEEKEND AHEAD IN BRIGG WITH MUSIC, MARKETS & NEW SHOP LAUNCHING

Singer Rachel Day will be joining Mash for a gig at the Woolpack in Brigg on Saturday night, February 26, 2022

Brigg has a very busy weekend coming up with music, markets and a new shop launching in the town centre.
There's an early start to weekend events in the town tomorrow evening (Friday, February 25) with a disco & karaoke at Market Place venue the Woolpack.
Well-known local singers Rachel Day, pictured top right, and Mash, who were due to appear on Friday, will now be doing so on Saturday evening (February 26). Admission to this gig is free.
Saturday night will see vocalist Lora Jones performing at the Britannia Inn, Wrawby Street, from 8.30pm, also with free admission.
There will be a disco & karaoke at the Dying Gladiator, on Bigby Street, with disco music expected at the Black Bull, Wrawby Street.
Singer Darrell will be taking to the stage at Broughton Workingmen's Club, on Saturday, offering popular tunes from the 1960s and later decades.

Last but by no means least, tomorrow will also see February's Brigg Farmers' Market attracting shoppers to the town centre from 8.30am to mid-afternoon.
Its stalls, offering a wide range of goods and produce, will be trading alongside those of the general Saturday market.
Brigg & District Servicemen's Club, on Coney Court, is asking interested people to sign up to play in a darts & dominoes league, games to start in September. Call 07494 715443.
