There's good news for Brigg people wanting to have their first, second or booster Coronavirus vaccinations. And this includes local folk of more senior years (but aged under 70) who have yet to be called up for their boosters.
A special 'walk-in' session is to be held in Brigg on Thursday, November 25 - the date of the Christmas Market - between 2pm and 8pm.
The location is merely given as 'Wrawby Street' but finding the 'walk-in centre' should not prove too taxing. We plan to pop down for a booster 'jab'.
North Lincolnshire Council explains: "There are a number of walk-in events taking place in North Lincolnshire where you can go to get your vaccinations. This can be your first dose, second dose or booster vaccination. Read more about eligibility for booster vaccinations on the NHS website.
"At these events you will also be able to get help and advice about self-testing and also pick up free self-test kits. There is also a range of other options available for you to get free self-test kits."
