There was a sizeable turn-out in Brigg for a walk-in session where injections against the Coronavirus were being given without appointment yesterday (Thursday, November 25).
A queue of about 30 people formed outside the Buttercross ahead of the session getting under way at 2pm in the upper floor function room where the anti-Covid 'jabs' were being given, including boosters.
Queues of varying lengths continued through the afternoon and well into the evening.
Much hard work was put in by those running the session to process people as quickly as possible, but they were faced with heavy demand from the public.
