2 OUT OF 2 IN HOSPITAL CUP FOR BARNETBY

The Railwaymen made it back-to-back wins in Group B of the Hospital Cup with an 8-0 win away at Manor Park, writes Lee Fielden..
Joe Scott made it 1-0 on 17 minutes with a header from a corner after missed chances galore that could have seen the game out of sight.
Manor Park battled away though and it wasn’t until the 39th minute their defence was breached again. O’Callaghan chased a lost cause into the corner before forcing his way into the box and finishing right footed.
A minute later and Liam Jordan clipped a ball into O’Callaghan 18 yards out; he chested, then hit a volley in off the underside of the bar to make it 3-0.
O’Callaghan then completed a 4-minute hat-trick when Harry Finnis fed him through to make it 4-0.
Finnis himself made it 5-0 on 47 minutes from a tight angle following great work down the left.
Substitute Chris Bradley’s bursting run into the box on 74 minutes saw him brought down, and O’Callaghan rolled home the penalty for his 4th of the day.
O’Callaghan’s corner on 87 minutes was met by skipper Joe Scott’s trusted head for his 8th of the season to make it 7-0; and when a fabulous right wing centre from Ryan Jordan was swept home by O’Callaghan for his 5th and Barnetby’s 8th, the scoring was finished.
