FOOD HYGIENE: PREMISES IN BRIGG AWARDED FIVE STARS BY INSPECTORS

North Lincolnshire Council continues to carry out routine food hygiene inspections of premises across its district.
Among those recently graded in Brigg which have been awarded top marks are a new eatery and two schools.
The following were awarded the maximum possible five stars and rated 'very good' for food hygiene by the inspectors:

• Gracie's (pictured above), the recently opened eatery at 22 Market Place, Brigg.
• Brigg Primary School, Atherton Way.
• St Mary's Catholic Primary Academy by Aspens, St Mary's Catholic Primary School, Grammar School Road.
• The Birches (care home), Grammar School Road.

The 'Scores on the Doors' scheme involves North Lincolnshire Council and many other local authorities across the country.
Inspection ratings are announced through the Food Standards Agency.
