Changes are coming up to the passenger train timetable for Brigg which we are drawing to the attention of public transport users.
The Independent Brigg Line Rail Group has been in touch to outline the alterations coming into effect on December 12 for this Saturdays-only service.
The first and second trains of the day heading towards Barnetby, Sheffield and Cleethorpes will leave Brigg station some minutes later than is currently the case. The new departure times will be as follows..
Train times towards Cleethorpes (platform one) from December 12 will be: 9.13am, 1.27pm and 5.12pm.
Train times towards Sheffield (platform two) from December 12 will be: 11.47am, 3.43pm and 7.48pm.
This new timetable will operate until May 14, 2022.
Northern operates the Saturdays-only train service through Brigg.
Should any trains be unable to run, a bus service substitutes, picking up at railway stations along the line.
