Generous people who live in Brigg or visit the town to shop can help bring some extra Christmas cheer to fostered pet dogs over the festive period.
The Something Old - Something New pre-owned furniture shop, on Wrawby Street, says: "We are now collecting treats/stockings for dogs in foster care. Please help us to fill the blue bin outside the shop."
This business does a lot of good work for the Dog Paws charity which provides support to re-homing and fostering.
Recently, more than £450 has been given in Brigg.
We understand that Christmas gifts donated locally will be forwarded to the charity and put into shoeboxes to provide festive presents for doggies, and set those tails wagging!
