The Zebras will be hosting Parkgate in the second round of the Northern Counties East League Cup.
Kick-off will be at 7.45pm, and Pips Kitchen and the licensed bar will be open for refreshments.
Their promotion-chasing team having suffered a couple of recent Division One defeats, Town fans will be hoping further progress can be made in this knockout competition.
Brigg are fourth in the table - five places above Parkgate, based in Rotherham and known as the Steelmen.
