BRIGG VENUES OFFERING CHRISTMAS PARTY, LIVE MUSIC & DISCO/KARAOKE THIS WEEKEND

Licensed venues in Brigg will be offering two live music shows, a disco/karoke and a Christmas party on the last weekend in November 2021.
American-born singer/guitarist Brooks Williams will be playing live at The Steel Rooms in the town centre tonight (Friday, November 26). Tickets cost £15 - licensed bar available. Call 01652 657256. Doors at the Springs Parade/Market Place venue will open at 7pm, ahead of the show.
Shawn Dean and Smudge will be performing "songs from all decades" at the Lord Nelson Hotel, in the Market Place, on Saturday (November 27) from 8pm. Admission free. Shawn and Smudge are pictured above (top left).
There's no live music 'turn' at Brigg & District Servicemen's Club this Saturday, but the Coney Court venue will be hosting its children's Christmas party on Sunday (November 28) from 1pm to 3pm. Some tickets, costing £3, may still be available. Contact club official Debbie Lewis-Bird through Facebook Messenger or via the club without delay.
The Dying Gladiator, on Bigby Street, will have a free-to-attend disco & karaoke on Saturday night (November 27) from 9pm. These always prove popular.

A fine effort by the Black Bull, on Wrawby Street, raised £415 for the Children in Need appeal through its recent charity night. The pub has thanked all customers who supported this event for their generosity. Prize winners on the night included Carol Goulby and Vicki Hopkins-Craigie.
