Brigg Town Football Club emerged victorious from a penalty shoot-out at the EC Surfacing Stadium (Hawthorns) last night (Wednesday, November 3).
Having been held 2-2 after 90 minutes in their Toolstation Northern Counties East Cup second clash with Yorkshire side Parkgate, the Zebras won through 4-1 in the spot-kick contest which decided the tie.
Reece Newell and Josh Batty were the Brigg scorers in 'normal' time - the game being watched by 132 spectators.
