Road closures will be in force in Brigg and Wrawby this weekend with diversions in place, drivers should note.
Both are as a result of work being undertaken by Network Rail Infrastructure Ltd which maintains our local railway line.
Motorists who use Elwes Street and Cadney Road should note that the route to and from Cadney will be affected by a closure at the railway bridge (No 241_ from 9pm on Saturday (November 14) through to 23.59 on Sunday night (November 15).
While the company is working on the bridge, motorists will need to travel through Bigby High Road, Brigg, through Howsham and Cadney.
This will also apply between 9pm on Saturday, November 21 and 23.59 on Sunday, November 22.
Traffic will be diverted through Brigg because of a 24-hour road closure in Wrawby this weekend..
Network Rail Infrastructure will be working on the level crossing on Kettleby Lane, resulting in a road closure between 9pm on Saturday (November 14) and 23.59 on Sunday (November 15).
While Kettleby Lane is unavailable, drivers will be diverted through Brigg along Bigby High Road, Bigby Road, the Monument roundabout and Wrawby Road.
Work on Kettleby crossing will continue from Saturday night (November 21) through to late on Sunday evening (November 22), also resulting in a road closure and a diversion through Brigg.
