A Brigg & Wolds Ward housing application will be considered by North Lincolnshire Council's Planning Committee at its next meeting. This will be take a 'virtual' form on the internet, from 2pm on Wednesday, November 18.
Among applications listed for consideration is one seeking approval to erect a detached dormer bungalow and garage at 18 West Street, Barnetby.
This is being considered by the committee because of "significant public interest."
The council says it has received a number of responses from the public.
The main issues in determining this application "are the principle of development, visual amenity, design and heritage, residential amenity and highways."
