NEW BRIGG AREA HOUSING PLANS

Housing improvements and new build schemes planned in the Brigg area have shown no let up, despite Lockdown 2 being in place.
Planners at North Lincolnshire Council and neighbouring West Lindsey continue to receive and decide applications submitted to them.
Permission is now being sought to erect a single-storey side extension at 5 Swift Drive on Broughton parish's Waters Edge housing estate - a stone's throw from Brigg on the other side of the New River Ancholme. The addition is to provide an additional bedroom and living room.
WRAWBY: Approval is being requested to erect a two-storey side extension at 12 Mill View Gardens.
BROUGHTON: Permission is being sought to erect an extension to the rear of the property at 43 High Street.

BARNETBY: Change of use is being sought to transform an office building into a dwelling house at The Flight House, Kirmington Vale.
KETTLEBY: Planning approval is being sought to erect a single-storey and two-storey front, rear and side extensions, with attached single-storey and two-storey garage block, including the removal of existing garages, at Kettleby Wood House, Bigby High Road, near Brigg.
GRASBY: Separate applications have been submitted to erect an extension to Wold House, 13 Clixby Lane, and to erect two dwellings and garages on land at Berkley House, 23 Station Road (the latter being an outline application with all matters reserved for future consideration by West Lindsey planners).
NORTH KELSEY: The Gainsborough-based authority has granted planning permission to erect one dwelling and garage in connection with agriculture at Farm View, Grange Lane.
