QUESTION & ANSWER SESSION IN BRIGG WITH HUMBERSIDE POLICE & CRIME COMMISSIONER


Brigg people have a chance to put questions to the new Police and Crime Commissioner for Humberside.
Councillor Jon Evison, who was elected as Commissioner in May 2021, has accepted an invitation from Brigg Town Council to attend its next monthly meeting.
Joining councillors at the Buttercross  tomorrow (Tuesday, September 28) from 7.15pm, he will make a presentation about his role, to be followed by "a short question and answer session."
This meeting is open to interested members of the public, and the Commissioner's presentation will be the first item on a lengthy agenda.
Prior to the Town Council meeting, there will be one involving the local Planning & Environment Committee.
Also open to interested members of the public, it starts at 6.45pm.
The latest Brigg planning applications will be discussed and recommendations made to North Lincolnshire Council which will make final decisions. At least three local applications will be considered on Tuesday evening.
