The Brigg Civic Service 2021 was held in St John's Church.
Brigg Town Mayor Coun Brian Parker and Mayoress Mrs Jane Parker, were in attendance, together with Keith Simpson (Mayor's Chaplain), members of the Town Council, some of the Freemen of Brigg, civic leaders from other areas and Barnetby Silver Band.
Visitors included the the Mayor of North Lincolnshire, Coun Peter Clark, who grew up in Brigg and now lives in Barrow.
During the musical interlude, a public-spirited Mum and two young children went litter-picking outside the church.
Refreshments were served following the service.
