FOOD HYGIENE: BRIGG & BROUGHTON PREMISES RATED

North Lincolnshire Council continues to carry out routine food hygiene inspections of business premises across its district and has recently graded two in Brigg.
Cooplands (the bakery shop) at 70 Wrawby Street and the Clarence House Care Home on Albert Street both gained the highest possible rating - Five Stars - being 'Very Good' for food hygiene.
The council also awarded Five Stars to the Central Kitchen, former Broughton Infants School, Brigg Road, Broughton, following its recent inspection.

Ratings for other premises in and near Brigg are pending from the council through the Food Standards Agency in what is known as the Scores on the Doors scheme Businesses that are graded receive stickers to display which show the number of stars awarded.
