Property extensions are planned just outside Brigg.
West Lindsey District Council is now considering plans to erect a single-storey side extension and first floor front extension with carport below at 1 Pingley Park, near Brigg (a housing development off the A1084 Bigby High Road).
The district council says a public consultation period on the application is now under way.
Bigby Parish Council, whose area includes Pingley Park, says it supports the proposal.
Brigg Town Council's Planning & Environment Committee sometimes considers applications in parishes close to the town.
