BRIGG TOWN FOOTBALLERS ON TOP FORM

Brigg Town Football Club, who won well away from home last night, top Toolstation Northern Counties East Division One.
The Zebras journeyed into Nottinghamshire to win 4-0 at lowly-placed Teversal.
There were first half goals from Alfie Usher and Andrew Taylor.
Alfie struck again in the 78th minute, with Liam Hutchinson going on to complete the scoring.
With 19 points from eight games, Brigg have a two-point lead over second-placed Selby.
Nostell Miners Welfare, who are third on 16 points, have played two games fewer than Brigg and Selby.
With the same goal difference as the Zebras, Nostell will be in action tonight (Wednesday, September 1) against fourth-placed Rossington.
