NEW SEATS SETTING A BENCHMARK IN BRIGG

Brigg Town Council has an on-going project to improve public seating at various locations.
We recently posted about two new seats provided on Old Courts Road near the A18 traffic lights. Today we feature a relatively new one in place on Wrawby Road, close its junction with Eastfield Road (pictured above).
At both locations the council has erected hard-wearing seats made from recycled plastic. They have replaced wooden benches which suffered weathering.
Below we see a line-up of traditional benches on the towpath/Ancholme Way, pictured yesterday (Monday, October 19) to the rear of the B&M store.  These are well-used by members of the public.
