NEW SALON & NEW SHOP IN BRIGG

A salon has opened in Brigg, a new shop will launch next week, while a familiar charity outlet has finally reopened after lockdown.
Palm Studio, on Queen Street, now occupies premises formerly used by the Charlie's salon. Palm Studio's services include specialist hair colouring and tape extensions.
Monday, October 19 will see Valley Carpets & Furnishings open in the Springs Parade premises previously occupied by Curtain Couture, whose proprietor decided, some weeks ago, to run her business from home.
A quality flooring specialist, the Valley outlet will also offer 'shabby chic furniture'.
It's good to see both retail units in use again.
The RSPCA Charity Shop, fronting the Springs Parade car park, is now operating again on a limited basis, with some bargain buys on display outside the small unit near the County Bridge when we took the recent picture seen below.
With the exception of the Lindsey Lodge outlet on Wrawby Street, the town's other charity shops are now fundraising again, having reopened at various times.
