BRIGG EXTENSION APPROVED

A Brigg house extension has been given the go ahead by North Lincolnshire Council.
The applicant sought permission to erect a first floor side extension and to convert the garage into living accommodation at 10 Churchill Avenue - a detached dwelling.
Consulted about the application, Brigg Town Council raised no objections but asked North Lincolnshire planners to note that it had been approached by a neighbour who did have objections and concerns.
A North Lincolnshire Council delegated assessment considered the potential impact of the extension on the residential amenity of neighbours and concluded there would be no unacceptable loss resulting from the proposals.
In granting permission, the council stipulated that the work on the extension must start within three years.
