Planning permission to erect a single-storey rear extension, convert the loft including the addition of a dormer and install a new window has been granted for 32 Wrawby Road, Brigg, by North Lincolnshire Council, which described this as a modest form of development "which would rest comfortably within the site and would not prejudice the local area."
Permission is being sought to fell a tree in Brigg. The ash at 11a Wrawby Road is covered by the Tree Preservation (Wrawby Road, Brigg) Order 1985. The application says the tree is "lifting" a wall and causing it to crack. There is also extensive dead wood. North Lincolnshire Council will now decide this application.
It's a busy time for local government planners with many Brigg and district applications being lodged...
