LINCOLNSHIRE MARKET: 50+ STALLS EXPECTED IN BRIGG TODAY

More than 50 traders are expected at the special Lincolnshire Market being held in Brigg today (Saturday, October 2) we have now been informed.
They will be spread across the Market Place and along Wrawby Street towards Cross Street where the pedestrian area ends.
Running from 9am to 2pm, this county-themed event is offering food, produce, arts, crafts, antiques, charity stalls, music, dancing and street entertainment.
Free car parking is available in Brigg for shoppers on Saturdays.
Our advice is to get their early!
During September's Brigg Farmers' Market held last Saturday, the Brigg Pancreatic Cancer Awareness charity group collected £461.50p.

In addition to "very generous locals" some Port Vale football fans from the Midlands (on their way to a match at Scunthorpe United) also "chipped in."

Andrew 'Sass' Markham, Lesley Whitehand and Zoe Hall, who undertake local collections on behalf of this worthy cause, have thanked everyone, saying: "We really appreciate the continued support."
