Having had an enforced break last year, an annual Brigg event is to resume this weekend.
The Brigg Halloween Decathlon will see supporters touring various town pubs on Saturday evening (October 30).
They will be meeting up in the Yarborough Hunt, Bridge Street, from 6pm, to head for other hostelries. Those taking part will be donning Halloween costumes.
Other decathlons have been held in recent years with collections undertaken for charity along the route. Many of the competitors also purchased their outfits from charity shops in the area, giving these outlets a boost in income.
Local folk can show their interest/support ahead of this weekend's event by visiting The Brigg Decathlon entry on Facebook.
Our pictures show people during previous decathlons.
There's a Brigg Scarecrow Trail for Halloween weekend being held on Saturday and Sunday, between 10am and 3pm, sponsored by the town's Martial Arts Centre. View full details through this link...
