LATEST PLANNING PERMISSIONS GRANTED IN AND NEAR BRIGG


 

Two proposed domestic property extensions in Brigg and another in a nearby village have now been approved by local council planners.
North Lincolnshire Council has granted permission to erect a two-storey side extension and make alterations to the dwelling to provide additional accommodation at 17 South View Avenue, Brigg (on the Springbank estate).
The authority has also approved plans to erect a two-storey side extension to the dwelling at 2 Birch Avenue, Brigg (Newlands estate).
West Lindsey District Council has granted permission for a roof-lift loft conversion and garage/games room extension at Little London Farm, Little London, North Kelsey.
West Lindsey planners are now considering other applications within the Brigg area.
Approval is being sought to erect a single-storey dwelling with associated parking on land at Salisbury, Main Street, Grasby.
Permission is also being requested for planned two-storey side and rear extensions to form additional bedrooms, living room and family/kitchen area at The Gables, Station Road, North Kelsey. A decision is awaited from the council.
