BRIGG & BROUGHTON PROPERTY AMENDMENTS APPROVED

A new Brigg property can have five bedrooms, North Lincolnshire Council has decided.
In July 2020 the authority granted planning permission for a house to be built on land adjoining Cemetery Lodge, 30 Wrawby Road.
Subsequently, the authority received an application to amend the agreed design to include an additional fifth bedroom.
Recommending that this change should be approved, a report prepared by council planning staff said: "The additional bedroom has been well designed to fit in with the form style of the building."
Brigg Town Council was consulted as part of the planning process and raised no objections.
North Lincolnshire Council has also agreed a 'non-material amendment' to previously granted planning permission. This is to alter the roof of a single-storey extension to sloped and have different exterior facing doors at 35 Avenue Nozay, Broughton.
