Domestic home improvement schemes continue to be drawn up in Brigg and nearby communities.
Permission is now being sought from North Lincolnshire Council planners to convert an existing garage into living accommodation at Kei Vi Lyn, on Grammar School Road, Brigg.
This property is near The Birches and within sight of the M180 flyover.
The scheme involve converting the existing double garage into a new lounge, removing the garage door and replacing it with a window, removing two external windows and increasing the opening to accommodate new bi-fold patio doors and also removing the porch.
Other recent proposals now being considered by North Lincolnshire authority planners, but not yet decided, include:
Make alterations to existing dwelling to include rear extension, triple garage with room above and second storey to rear, including associated works, at Ardara, Brigg Road, Wrawby.
Raise roof height to create first floor accommodation, including dormer windows to the front and balcony window to the rear, at Three Gables, Markham Way, Wrawby.
Neighbouring West Lindsey District Council is now considering an application seeking planning permission for a pony-related menage at Priory Fields, Howsham Road, Kettleby. The location is to the east of Brigg.
Approval is also being sought for side and rear extensions, with cellar, at Damson Cottage, Carr Road, North Kelsey.
