Brigg Fire Station, which attends about 300 incidents a year in the town and district, is currently recruiting.
The station, on Barnard Avenue, is part of the Humberside Fire & Rescue Service.
It currently needs to recruit paid on-call firefighters, helping to protect the local community.
Recruits need to be able to get to their Brigg base within five minutes and be available to provide cover at various times of the week.
People interested are being asked to message the team at Brigg Fire Station through Facebook for more information.
