MARGHARITA TIME COMING UP IN BRIGG

A Brigg pub which does not normally have food on offer will have a taste of Italian cuisine available to customers later this week.
The Yarborough Hunt, on Bridge Street, will be visited by Pizza de Angelo on Friday (April 22) from 5pm to 8.30pm.
This Scunthorpe-based pizza provider has made a number of pop-up appearances at the real ale venue, which is the 'Brewery Tap' for Lincolnshire Craft Beers.
There is no need to book to enjoy a pizza on the night.

In Spring 2000 we recall attending Brocklesby Park Cricket Club's annual dinner at La Buca - a restaurant located on the corner of the Market Place and Elwes Street (now occupied by the Curry Corner takeaway).

The Britannia Inn, on Wrawby Street, Brigg, has an Easter egg hunt (for adults) today (Sunday, April 17) from 2pm, with free pints to be won.
Tomorrow (bank holiday Monday) Wrawby Mill is hosting an open day from 1pm to 5pm.
