BRIGG EVENTS COMING UP OVER THE EASTER WEEKEND

There will be a range of events to enjoy in Brigg over the Easter weekend.
Many shoppers and sports competitors will be visiting the town on Saturday (April 16) with a range of entertainment available on licensed premises in the evening.
There's an Easter Totally Locally Indie Market in the town centre from 8.30am through to the afternoon. Stalls will be selling a range of items alongside the traditional Saturday market (fruit, veg, flowers, fish, etc).
An Easter Parkrun will start at 9.30am from the Ancholme Way Bridge, following a course running north near the river into Broughton parish.
The Woolpack has a Friday night karaoke/disco tomorrow, and then singer Tom Holt performing on Saturday evening (free admission). The Statis Quo covers band went down well last weekend at this Market Place venue.
Singer Emma Ramsden will be performing at Brigg & District Servicemen's Club, on Coney Court, this Saturday from 8.30pm. Everyone is welcome to attend - admission free.
There will be a Saturday night disco & karaoke session at the Dying Gladiator, on Bigby Street, and music at the Britannia and the Black Bull (both on Wrawby Street). The Bull is holding an Easter weekend raffle in aid of a doggie charity.
Singer Darren Yates will be centre stage at Broughton Workingmen's Club on Saturday evening.
Brigg's pub and club beer gardens will be busy over the Easter weekend from Friday through to Monday, depending on the weather.
