BRIGG PEOPLE ASKED TO SUPPORT FUNDRAISER FOR UKRAINE & ALSO CHARITY HAIRATHON

People from across the Brigg area will be attending a major fundraiser being staged later this week in support of the appeal to assist people from the Ukraine.
It is being hosted by the Millers Barn, on Brigg Road, Wrawby, DN20 8RL and will feature live music.
The event starts at 2pm and will continue until late in the evening.
Adults can pay their £10 entry fee on the door on the day.
Music will be provided by Connor Roberts (from 5pm). The Moggies will be offering their Ukrainian Appeal Gig from 7pm.
A bouncy castle will be operating for children to enjoy.
Food available will include burgers, jacket potatoes, chilli and curry. And there will be a raffle. For further information, call 07762 119306.
The Moggies have been playing since the 1960s and include singer/guitarist Ian Cawsey, the former Brigg & Goole MP and ex-leader of North Lincolnshire Council.

Staff of The Bank Hair & Beauty, on Bigby Street, Brigg, will be undertaking a 24-hour Charity Hairathon in memory of Andy McDonald who was friends with many people in the town.
It will take place between 9am on Saturday (April 9) and 9am on Sunday.
In return for donations, haircuts will be given to ladies and trims to men by staff working in shifts.
"Join us" in the message to those wishing to support the event, for which many people have already put their names down.
