BRIGG SPRING MARKET TO WELCOME SHOPPERS & THERE'S ALSO A BOOK SIGNING EVENT

Brigg town centre is to see a Spring Market held this Saturday (April 9).
It will be located in the Market Place with stalls offering arts, crafts and antiques from early morning into the afternoon.
The traditional Saturday general market will also be open for business with fruit & veg, flowers and fish available to shoppers.
On Saturday, April 16 there will be a Totally Locally Brigg Indie Market in the town centre, with North Lincolnshire Council's Brigg Farmers' Market to follow on April 23 (farmers' events being held on the fourth Saturday of the month).

There's an interesting FREE event coming up in the town centre's Angel building on Saturday (April 9) but those who wish to attend need to book places.
It is entitled Catching a Killer: Murder Investigation Past and Present.
Crime historian Stephen Wade and former detective Stuart Gibbon will examine the investigation of murder from a historical and modern-day perspective, with reference to criminal law, police procedure and forensic evidence.
Stephen and Stuart will also be signing copies of their recently published book Catching a killer: a reference guide to murder investigation past and present.
The event runs from 1pm to 3pm in the Angel Suite at DN20 8LD.
