Brigg Blog wouldn't claim to be always right by any means, but we are pleased to say that our very recent post forecasting that yellow lines were about to be restored on a town street soon proved to be spot on.
The no parking restrictions have been repainted on St Helen's Road, close to the junction with the A1084 on Bigby Road.
The work was carried out for North Lincolnshire Council, the local highway authority
That's good news for drivers making a 'blind corner' left turn into St Helen's Road, as some motorists were taking advantage of the temporary absence of yellow lines to park their cars.
