RANGE OF HOME IMPROVEMENTS & NEW BUILDS PLANNED IN AND NEAR BRIGG


Home improvements are planned for seven properties in and near Brigg.
Planning permission to erect a garage side extension at 9 Eastfield Road, Brigg, and to raise the ridge line of a bungalow to facilitate loft conversion and the installation of roof lights  at 9 Kennedy Close, Brigg, are  being sought from North Lincolnshire Council.

Approval is also being requested to erect a front porch extension at 16 Beagle Close, Broughton.
Outline approval to erect a detached chalet bungalow and detached garage is being requested for land adjacent to Fairacres, Bridge Road, Broughton.
Listed building consent is being requested to repair/replace roof and pots and re-point chimneys at Carramore, Church Hill, Barnetby.
Decisions from local authority planners are awaited in each case.

West Lindsey District Council is now  considering an application to demolish an existing garage and erect an annexe at  Huon House, Kettleby Lane, Kettleby.
The West Lindsey authority has now granted permission for the demolition of an existing dwelling and construction of a replacement, together with conversion of attached redundant barn for additional residential space, at Highfield Farm, Grange Lane, North Kelsey.
Planning permission has also been granted for a front extension and porch at 5 Bentley Lane, Grasby.
