POLICE WARNING ABOUT ANTI-SOCIAL BEHAVIOUR IN BRIGG

There's a stern warning from Humberside Police for anyone thinking about engaging in anti-social behaviour at one of the green spaces in Brigg.
The force has its eye on the Millennium Green, off Elwes Street, pictured above, which was created as a tranquil spot with seating,  near the Old River Ancholme, for townsfolk to enjoy.
A notice posted at the site by  Brigg & Wolds neighbourhood officers, and headed Anti-Social Behaviour, says: "Humberside Police have been made aware of a number of incidents where anti-social behaviour has been reported in this area.
"Be aware that we are monitoring the location, and persons found in this area by officers will be asked for their names and addresses.
"Any person refusing to give details can, and will, be arrested until such a time that the Police can confirm their details."
