Amended plans have been put forward to upgrade the Riverside Surgery in Brigg.
Two years ago the medical practice on Barnard Avenue was granted permission to extend the existing surgery to provide a minor surgery theatre on the ground floor and office space on the first floor.
A subsequent application was made to North Lincolnshire Council, seeking approval to amend the internal layout and revise window and door positions.
This has now been approved as a "non-material amendment" to the scheme.
