This week sees the launch of a special Brigg festival celebrating two anniversaries.
Marking the 100th anniversary of conflict drawing to an end in the First World War and the 175th anniversary of St John's Church, the Praise & Prose Flower Festival begins on Wednesday, October 24 with a Preview Evening at the church.
Doors open at 7pm, with tickets costing £5 (in advance). Call Maria on 01652 655353 for yours.
The Clarty Sough Folk Duo will be performing on Friday, October 26. Doors open 7pm - admission £2 (pay on the door).
There will be a Songs of Praise at the church on Sunday, October 28, when everyone is welcome to attend.
