COMING UP AT BRIGG VENUES: GAMESHOW QUIZ & CHARITY MUSIC NIGHT

There will be some suitable prizes when a Brigg town centre pub brings back its Gameshow Quiz tonight (Wednesday, June 15).
Reading through the list given by the Black Bull, our eye was taken by the Trivial Pursuits Board Game that's on offer.
This should help the winner(s) of tonight's fun contest at the Wrawby Street hostelry brush up on general knowledge.
A suitcase vinyl record player is among a number of other prizes.
Entry on the night costs £2 per person and teams are welcome.
Registration opens at 7pm - half an hour before it's eyes down for the quiz.

Please note that tickets are now on sale for a music night in aid of a worthy cause.
It is coming up at Brigg & District Servicemen's Club, Coney Court.
Singer Darren Busby & Friends will be taking to the stage on Friday evening, July 8.
All proceeds will go to Ward 17 at Scunthorpe General Hospital.
