BRIGG PLANNING 'APP' DECIDED & ANOTHER SUBMITTED


No sooner has North Lincolnshire Council decided property-related schemes submitted for consideration in Brigg than others come along to join the pending list.
Planning permission has now been granted to erect a single-storey rear extension, a front porch and to make internal alterations with associated works to the dwelling at 5 Winston Way, off Churchill Avenue.
Meanwhile, council planners have received an application for a proposed rear extension and new front porch at Pondarosa, 40 Kings Avenue.
This is now under consideration - decision to be announced in due course.
Elsewhere in the council's Brigg & Wolds Ward, permission is being sought to to erect a single-storey rear extension at 11 Hall Meadow, Bonby.
In Broughton, approval has now been given to erect single-storey extensions to the side and rear of the dwelling, make internal alterations to the dwelling and erect a detached double garage with associated works (including demolition of the existing garage) at Ventnor, 4 George Street.
