Extensions to a property in Brigg have been given the go ahead by North Lincolnshire Council.
Planning permission has been granted to erect single-storey rear and single-storey side extensions at Shahdene, on Westrum Lane - a detached bungalow.
A council officer's assessment report concluded that the proposal would not be at odds with the appearance and character of the dwelling or this area of the town.
The local authority is now considering applications submitted for development in Howsham.
Planning and listed building consent is being sought to erect a two-storey extension (including demolition of existing extension) at Fox Farm, Cadney Road.
A heritage statement supplied to the council explains that the applicant seeks to demolish the existing extension on the east side of the dwelling, currently forming a games room and office, and replace it with a 'stepped' two-storey extension of more complimentary design and appearance to the Grade II listed main dwelling.
Planning permission is also been sought for the demolition of an existing house and outbuildings and the construction of a 1.5-storey detached dwelling and the conversion of an existing annexe into a garage and workshop at Four Fields, Barton Road, Wrawby.
A statement submitted with the application says the proposed property will provide a high quality and energy efficient dwelling.
The council will decide the Howsham and Wrawby applications following four-week public consultation periods (now under way).
