A Brigg business has relocated to bigger premises within the town centre (seen above).
The Water Room - "bathrooms, tiles and accessories" - has moved from its former base near the Buttercross to 6 Market Place which was occupied by the Brown & Co, property and land agents, up to April this year.
The Water Room is open Tuesday through to Saturday from 10am to 4pm - being closed on Sundays and Mondays.
Signs on bays behind the premises indicate 'Reserved Parking for The Water Room' - vehicular access being available from nearby Springs Way, off Cary Lane.
Adjoining Market Lane gives pedestrian access from the rear car park through to the Market Place.
Prior to Brown & Co, 6 Market Place was used as offices by Grimley Smith Associates.
For many decades these premises were used for car sales by Ford dealership Smith Parkinson which also undertook repairs and servicing.
It's good to see 6 Market Place being used again after a relatively short vacant period. Hopefully the same will apply to the former Water Room premises.
Two pictures of the former premises located near the Buttercross.
